Kathy Jenkins
Kathy Jenkins is a monotype artist and the co-founder of Carriage House Press. Her work is beautiful and flowing, often using a range of pastel colors. Kathy is also an accomplished cardiologist at the Childrens Hospital in Boston, MA.
Kathy Jenkins said, "The printing press extends the artist's capabilities, adding a detailed richness that complicates even the simplest compositions. Monotypes emerge as a refreshing surprise, only partly as intended, the best better than imagined."
"The artist must accept only limited control. Grace is wonderful!"

Chewy, The Company Dog
Chewy is a new member of the Carriage House team, helping to add personality and a sense of cool. Don't be fooled by his tiny paws, this dog can create amazing monotypes. For example, look at his recent work below, entitled "Disco"

KD Mernin
KD is an accomplished monotype artist and also the co-founder of Carriage House Press. Her work is often bold and expressive, reflecting her passion for painting and the language of the artist’s hand. Much of her work explores the concept of “conversation” in its various permutations—internal conversations, historical conversations, familial conversations, political conversations and the like. Sometimes funny, sometimes dark, sometimes poignantly personal, her work is at once intimate and universally accessible.
KD has a B.S. degree from Skidmore College and has studied extensively at the SMFA (School of the Museum of Fine Arts) Boston, MassArt and the DeCordova Museum.
She is currently the Chair of North Cambridge Art Association and Chair of the Cambridge Democratic City Committee.
